I have used 1000 Shades of Green for multiple trips to Uganda over the past few years. I have found Charles Morgan Kisitu to be very professional and easy to work with. I coordinate several medical mission teams each year and have found working with Morgan to be easy and stress free. His vehicles are safe and his drivers are professional and very accommodating to our large teams. They arrive early and go out of their way to show our visitors the best of Uganda. This year when one of the team members luggage was delayed by four days it was not the airline who helped us out but Morgan who arranged for the luggage to be brought to our remote site. This was not part of his job but he worked with us and helped make it happen. I highly recommend this company for both on the ground transportation as well as for safari packages. I have used them for Queen Elizabeth safaris as well as Mihingo Lodge. Highly recommend!

First time with this tour operator all was very good. Due to previous experience I booked again however, this time I was severely let down. I was literally marooned in a dump namely Selous Wilderness Camp for 4 days. Only surviving on the greasy noodles, bread and margarine and potatoes that were repeatedly served daily. The tent leaked rain water and on 2 separate occasions, my bed linen and mattress were saturated and there were rain puddles on the floor. Far from assisting with my many detailed genuine complaints to the camp's owner, Charles Morgan Kisitu of 1000 Shades of Green failed to address one. Quite the contrary he sided with the owner of the miserable Selous Wilderness Camp. Also to my astonishment he told lies about me. I can only think he did this in order to pacify Johan K. the owner of Selous Wilderness Camp. Beware. Beware, it is not worth being so badly let down whilst abroad but very upsetting and hurtful that one's tour operator whom one has trusted considers it necessary to tell lies about his client in order to keep favour with a camp that is unable to take basic care of it's guests
