::ATM withdraw didn't work. Screen shows error in hardware. Despite that the manager of bank branch asked me several time to try again. At end around 500 US$ got withdraw from my credit card without get any cash. Stolen money! I needed cash so i changed 100 US$ (cash) in UGX. They wasn't able or willing to print me a receipt. Not only bad service, but feels like robbed by criminals😡😡😡
