::It was my first visit to Uganda after 40 years so it was a pleasant surprise when a family friend decided to kickoff my 2019 bornday celebrations at "Cafe Javas"! They're a totally friendly, fun and festive environment! I loved the fact that they sung my birthday song with a traditionally cultural exclusive mix which you can only get in the Motherland. The food is a blend of American and East African cuisine. I only laughed a little at their version of "jerk" chicken because as delicious as it was it definitely was not jerk chicken but they tried! I'm also on a much more potent level of spicy to begin with.
