  Buyer be aware. Canaan is good when you are buying the land however they sold me land that has no access. The estate they sold us is fully bought and now we realize we cannot access the land and are continually tormented by the locals. Canaan takes no responsibility so far . Advise :BE AWARE, the access they show you when they are selling to you will not be there once they get your money. So maybe consider another service
