  Despite having to be at the clinic during holidays, I had a great experience at CityCare Medical Centre. Dr. Mary and all the nurses/medical staff I interacted with were all friendly and knowledgeable. Hope to not be back but it is a good place to go if you need treatment or medical advice :)

  I had a great experience with Citycare Medical Center, the Receptionists were very helpful and answered all my questions. The staff was really great. The room was clean and bright. And I got my results in time.

  I was really sartisfied with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff, provision of adequate information to collect sample and when and how to receive laboratory results, waiting time to receive laboratory results, availability of ordered laboratory tests, cleanness of the laboratory and accessibility of latrines [9]

  It's a place where your health matters are well addressed. This place can do most laboratory tests requested by physicians and also the Laboratory reports given are clear and easy to interpret.

  Thank you so much, I had brought my team in Jinja and had a deep cut while in the field, the process was so smooth. My anxiety and fear was calmed by very supportive nurses and doctors. My appreciation to Dr Mary and Nurse Betty. 🙏
