::The place was very nice but we had such a bad experience with the host. We had a very strange incident when I lost my phone which happens all the time because I'm a scatter brain! I was looking with a couple of my friends and the staff were helping, I found the phone in 10 minutes and everything was fine. Next morning the host messages me saying we need to meet, accusing me of multiple things including invading her staffs privacy, accusing them of theft and causing the loss of one of her staff members because they ran away! She then proceeded to harass members of my group late at night, trying to talk to them about this through their bedroom doors. You have to wonder what has got her staff so terrified and why she feels the need to harass and lie about her guests. If her attitude doesn't change I'm afraid she won't have a business for much longer. They also charge $3 for using the toaster, which is just daylight robbery. Cool colours though!

::A wonderful place on the accommodation streets of mbale the city of "Kadodi" a cultural dance that uniquely units and identifies the 'gishu' community. Cool colours luxury home is a quiet beautiful and spectacular country home that defines the essence of home away from home. The reception and customer service at the facility is top noche. Each room is designed with a special touch and colour difference to resonate the name cool colours. Key for all the B&B theme comes down soft on your wallet (*budget B&B*)

::1 star for the lovely housekeeping staff and nice rooms, but do not stay here. The owner of the property is abusive and intimidating. When we were robbed of our laptops, phone and money on the last day of our 3 month stay, having left our key with reception, she called us liars, disappeared out of town and didn't even say sorry for the loss of our possessions! She told her staff to lock us in her compound until we paid her. She got her husband to call us up and threaten us with jail. Please don't give her your business!

::Do not stay here. On the last day of our stay we had a large amount of cash and our laptops stolen from our room after leaving our key at the reception. The owner was then very aggressive and abusive. She refused to apologise, claimed we were lying and denied the theft had happened. I also received an abusive phone call from her husband threatening to lock me in Mbale jail. The owner claimed she could not come to the property but instructed her staff to lock our belongings in the guest house until we had paid her in full. A terrible stay with organised crime.

::Its a great place especially for families. The stuff is very friendly and helpful save for the proprietor who has anger management issues. The night I was there, I saw the lady owner harassing a client with endless insults and threats. The owner needs to stop dealing with clients, if it wasn't that, I would strongly recommend it.
