  Worst customer service ever. I'm an old client of Crane Bank and I understand that DFCU is going through a transition. However, the old Crane Main Bank has been replaced with non Professionals who wouldn't know customer service if they were staring at in the face. They clearly need to learn something from the old Crane Bank staff at that location. As I speak, I'm closing my bank accounts with them because I can't deal with this level of incompetence.

  They provide spacious seats for you as you wait to be served, it's a bank you will want to go back to
