  Special thanks to Dr Kwesiga. He was so attentive towards our little boy Leon who was sooo congested. We were so stressed but Dr Kwesiga helped calm us down and instilled confidence in us. Our boy is now breathing ok and jumping around. Thank you so much🙏 On the whole I would say the hospital could benefit from a better synchronised communication between staff and patients. The staff should not assume we know their procedures and processes..please tell us what to do next at every stage

  The Receptionists are terrible at communicating and they take their time to perform a simple task such as putting a patient’s name in the system. The doctors are professional and good but the support staff lets everything down. You MUST improve the communication and efficiency of the receptionists. Clients waste too much time just sitting around

  My wife has had her appendix removed from here as well as having our first child delivered here. Having lived in England for 20 years, the service offered by the doctors and nurses are 1st class and extremely courteous. Doctors hospital Sseguku should serve as a blueprint on how a medical institute should deliver exceptional services. Well done to the entire team.

  Hospital enviroment is more condusive for having shifted to there new premises. Enough car parking space, less crowded, doctors are always available with over four consultation rooms and there’s excellent reception for patients and incase of inquiries. Incase of emergencies there is an emergency center with qualified nurses and doctors. Hospital has an ambulance in case there need of it. The hospital has qualified nurses and doctors plus there is a qualified peadiatrician to attend to children who are young in case of need. Alot of services are offered including in and out door patients, maternity and labor ward services, scans among others
