  It took them 6 days to get my luggage from Cairo to Entebbe, while I lived on just a couple of pieces of clothing during that time. Initially $35 was offered as compensation (disrespectful) which I negotiated to a max of $100. So always try to push for that $100 at least. People at the office are not committed, don't know anything about proper service and only care about you as a customer if you are coming to buy a ticket. Strongly recommend to travel with another airline. As a frequent traveler this was the first and the last time I fly with unprofessional EgyptAir. Unfortunately I cannot give them 0 stars.
