  Surelly the services are poor, when it cames to dirrecting clients and also service delivery, you people are very slowwwwww, some one needs to spend the all day in your congested bank, 😥

  You need to improve on your service delivery especially when it comes to guiding and directing clients in need of your services at the accounts opening section. There is only one lady called Proscovia who also seem to be pregnant and can't sufficiently help all clients. Secondly your employees need to improve on treating clients with courtesy, respect and a smile just as it in your service charter. It's very disappointing for a person to enter the bank at 10:00am and leave at 4:00pm very disgruntled. Jinja branch please improve. Your employees' rudeness must stop.

  Every time am there for service, the staff are telling me that the internet is down. If the staff can't manage some services, please erase them off so that we get to know which service you do offer Thx😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

  Equity Bank is also one of the Banks with little charges yet it's services are really great. I really love the customer care and the unique ways they do there things, they are really organized and always make sure that their customers also enjoy they services, The bank also has an ATM at the premise so . The bank also has other service around the town from their agents. Their services are very quick . They have good security. The bank is located on Lady Alice Muloki road just as you branch off from main street . services from agents like Equiduka so you can either be served by the agents or enter inside. You can also use you phone to enjoy the services.
