  Fair service though the branches are very few around town and country at large as compared to other banks. Should also adopt fingerprint reading as they sometimes bounce you back for fairly inaccurate signatures with those in their systems. I think it's normal for a current signature to be slight different from that captured 5 years back. All in all, it's a good bank.

  Am very disappointed in I&m bank Entebbe branch. How can the whole bank fail to update it's google location..the location on Google maps and google website is many kilometers from the accurate location. What a shame 😞

  Only that sometimes Atm machine disappoints,it loose network every time,on and off

  Too much multi tasking by attendants leaving the customer hanging on what to do next with no updates offered. Looks understaffed and there is some sort of segregation the queue management is terrible especially at customer service desk some customer jump queues not on their request but by the judgements of the attendant.
