::Just bad. 1st the toilet in the room was dirty. 2nd as I came back at around Midnight I had to wait 20mins at the gate and again 20mins at the entrance before someone let me in 3rd the management didn't understand the online booking (via Agoda) and didn't want let me check out without paying the room price (which I did paid while booking)... other waste of holiday time

::Beautiful rooms, very neat and clean environment -gardens and the rooms, modern art pieces and artistic mirrors make the walls of the corridor and rooms magnificent. Attractive architecture on the ceiling and reception area, nice floor tiles and well maintained bathroom. Problems include noisy dogs at night, no health club, weak breakfast and entire cafeteria arrangements, sometimes there's noise from the neighbouring hotels with events during day time though it's quiet at night overall. It's good for that price.

::You are welcomed by smiling staff and lavish gardens. The rooms go for about UGX 150,000 a night and negotiable if you need more than one room. The rooms are classy and come with organic breakfast. Impala Suites misses out on a 5/5 rating because the neighborhood is full of dogs which guarantee you of noise all night.

::Wow, it is a serene place. I really enjoyed staying there. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Whatever you need, you are able to get it. Its worth a second visit.
