A nice big place to have an eat out. You can dine both indoors and outdoors. There is a play area for small children and service is quick.

Perfect place for all breakfast, lunch and dinner with free wifi. The food tastes very good plus perfect service and many beverages to choose from.

I love Java House but this particular one really disappointed me. I was passing through Jinja on my way back to Kenya and stopped to have breakfast. The waiters saw us enter and paid no attention. We sat and a waitress brought us the menu then left. She did not come back. None of the waiters paid attention to us as all their attention was directed to their white customers(who were plenty by the way). They completely ignored us and proceeded to seat and take orders of white customers who continued walking in. I had to personally get up and go to the counter to ask for service which was offered unwillingly. Needless to say, this was very disappointing. Other than that, their food was delicious as usual(hence the three stars). We enjoyed the food and left. Would not recommend if you're a foreigner and not white. But I would 10/10 recommend all the other Java House outlets.

Java house has several outlets. This one is adjacent to a filling station. It is very spacious with ample sitting space both inside and outside. Clean washrooms, good ambience, energetic black & red ambience and staff uniforms. And of course...excellent coffee!

One of a kind in Eastern Uganda. One fact is clear, you should never visit the Source of the Nile River and you don't pass by this place to have an exotic feel. Think of any coffee, it's served here for example cappuccino, espresso or mocha. The customer service is too stellar that you may think that you've arrived home. However, I caution you, it's not cheap, you should be set to spend a few bucks. But who doesn't want to enjoy a once in lifetime feel while in Jinja. Let's meet there.
