  Great place. Neat atmosphere. Pizzas aren't bad. Wait service is sorely lacking, they'll give you a menu, and then not take your order. And then take the menu to give it to a bigger party, and completely forget about your smaller group. The bartenders are great, quick, and they remember you from previous visits. There is live music, the guy on guitar on Sundays is awesome, he plays solo guitar and sings in Spanish. Great place to relax in the afternoon. They also have a farmers market on Sunday. Sit at the bar or order at the bar. Don't bother with the wait staff, unless you have a group of six or more, it's such a shame for such a good place.

  Otter is our second house with its lovely owner , Ms. Anita . Also there are a lot of programs for kids
