::I was in Bukedea on Monday and ran out of shillings I went to post bank to change the dollars I had, shockingly was told by one of the staff that forex is for strictly for members who have accounts with them? This is literally forcing everybody to have an account with post bank, does the word forex still hold its meaning in such scenario?
