::Don’t go to this hospital for an EEG. Being in the medical field myself I know the neuro anatomist is extremely disrespectful and acts very degrading to patients: James Ochola. It’s the worst experience I have had in the medical setting. Try to avoid this hospital for EEGs and this neuro anatomist.

::I am so grateful for the great team of midwives that made my birth so smooth and safe at St Catherine the midwives were so amazing has they gave me and my baby all the care start from when I was being prepared for theare,I was made so comfortable by midwife Florence, she even received my baby and took good care of him and the other team made sure I get the best experience in theatre I will forever be grateful for i was so scared but it all disappeared the other midwives I remember Dinah, Sheila,Eugenia kept checking on me and made sure I was fine and had everything I needed due to too much care my healing was so fast I stood up so fast unlike the last 2 experiences and my baby just made 3 months and I don't know how exactly I can thank this wonderful team but only God will reward you for the tireless efforts you put in to see that you put a smile on our faces even when we are scared .So humbled

::CAUTION!! CAUTION!! CAUTION!! BEWARE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SECURITY GUARD CALLED CHARLES. Poor Customer Service particularly from Charles I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at St. Catherine Hospital due to their abysmal customer service, particularly from a security guard named Charles. During my visit, Charles stopped me on my way to the reception, showing zero courtesy. Despite confirming my valid appointment with the person I was there to see, Charles insisted I wait until he finished his meal before proceeding. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. I urge potential patients to be cautious of the poor service quality at this hospital, as exemplified by Charles' behavior.

::Your services have seriously deteriorated! A client comes in at 1pm only to leave after 5pm!! The toilets have no tissue, water. You were our best kids hospital. Please revive your past glory!
