  This is one of the best hospitals in Kampala with good caring nurses and sevice personels. Good care for children with children play centers and caring Doctors. I really felt respected when I was served from here.

  Unless you have the whole day, there processes are soo slow. You take forever to see the doctor plus lab tests too. I am soo dissatisfied with the service don't think i will be back anytime

  Very attentive staff. I was mesmerized by the orthopedic section. Though the canteen overpriced even the basics of goods. Water at a 3000shs!

  The worst service I have ever come across. I have been handled like as though am acquiring a free service. This is very inhumane, right from the reception ur staff just tossed me around. Count me out, never to visit ur hospital again, rather a distributor of very bad feedback. I hate these young people who don't know their work and their employers who never keep a supervisor to assist patients when staff members are getting too comfy. I remain Loraine.
