::So today I walk into the supermarket I have chocolate in my purse and of course there are people checking at the entrance and I ask her “and this” and she’s like no it’s okay. After paying for my groceries, the guy on the machine that checks bags is like give me that chocolate it’s not yours And they bring in the security long story short they wasted a lot of my time. Mega Given that u have many cameras and many machines, make them work u should be able to tell what is yours and not yours and also tell your staff to be clear and precise. Let them communicate if they can’t write the notices so that we read for ourselves this this and this instead of humiliating customers and taking their time. I bring the money I expect to get the services. A change will be appreciated.

::I bought the most expensive flask in mega standard metallic one, I got disappointed ☹️ not even a week the flask can’t keep hot tea for 1 hour . Am expecting the highest quality at mega and at the same time since I paid for the most expensive one. All the staff in that section told me it’s the best ever and I had to pay for it. Could you please refund or replace with the better one . Let me know when I should come ,with receipt for replacement.

::Has a variety of products. Strategically located. The brown bread there, is really good. Not the best during rush hour and back to school season because the lines are usually long. But this is just seasonal.during such times be patient. Some of the ladies working at the counters are really rude and I know the super market can do more staff trainings on customer care.
