  Beautiful jungle nest next to the Nile ! Best food we ate in Uganda and lovely staff! Don't hesitate to go for a few days to relax after a safari and do the best rafting in the world (probably) 😀

  nice cozy place on the Nile. a easy 30 mins drive from Jinja. Room rates are from $180-240 FB for 2 people. We had gone for a day trip to have Lunch which you have to book in advance. a three course lunch costs $30 which is prepared fresh & is delicious 😋. They have a small swimming pool too.

  Overall nice, comfortable and accommodating of requests. Felt the 'royal cottage' lacked air circulation... Small windows and no fan. Bed was a bit hard. But it was clean and the water pressure very acceptable. Food was of very good standard. Beer was cold but not the soft drinks and ice was in short supply. Would recommend it none the less.

  Great food, beautiful scenery and excellent service overlooking the Nile River We highly recommend Kipling Lodge. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant (chefs and servers) did an excellent job catering to a low carb/keto lifestyle with the meals. The setting is beautiful with a view of the Nile River and VERY relaxing. The Kipling Lodge was a delightful place for our 3 day outing. (They even gave a price discount for our 3 day stay,)
