  Poor services. The staff are inconsistency. In this branch they dont tell the truth kept me waiting for 2hrs to get my prepaid card and after 2 hrs thy told me its not gonna be possible. I knew that the bank was already trash in that moment. Second they dont have machines to put customer names on their cards my card was sent somewhere for name stamping and it took a week when I comfroted them thy had pressure and i got my card in late hours names stamped in a wrong way. U need to improve yours services this is country of competition with 100s of banks neighbouring you. Good luck

  The staff were helpful and bank operates longer hours til 8pm on week days
