  It's the best that you can use to love your parcels, mails in Uganda, it's the first of a kind in Uganda and still leading.

  All my packeges were delivered safely, employees of the post office are helpful and polite.

  I mailed some used cell phones, photos, toothbrushes, soaps, CDs and other useful items to an orphanage in Kampala. Now the intended recipient of that package, David Kibalama, tells me that the post office allowed someone else to accept the package and walk off with it...now it's gone! This kind of thing can happen where there is a lack of regulation and and an allowance for corruption, which I guess describes the post office in Uganda. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in the US.
