  I like this place because its staffs are dedicated and work with very minimum supervision,thus can sometimes work beyond normal hours.That's for the time I have worked with this very office

  It wasn't very helpful, staff didn't seem to mind the clients waiting to be attended to. And when they finally did, they didn't seem to have the correct information about most tax issues. Since its a new branch, my hope is that more knowledgeable staff will be brought in to help the new recruits. Otherwise it's strategically located, saving us the burden of having to drive all the way to the head quarters.
