  The beds are not comfortable. Lots of mosquitos and the bed nets are not well designed to help! The bedsheets were old. No soap in the shower rooms. And annoyingly the hotel could not give me rook service because the "chef had gone shopping and missed buying some items". I don't recommend. It is overpriced for the service

  It's an offtown hotel in Mbarara. The environment is quiet and friendly. Staff is professional and will really provide you services you will like. Rooms are neat and washrooms too.

  Terrible customer care....you enter a place and have to figure out where to go to by yourself, don't count on the restaurant, they cook whenever they want....basically only go if u want to be there for a few hours....even the mattress I slept on was the worst I have ever slept on...back pain by morning....the only good thing is the plants and nature.....can never go back or recommend anyone

  The place is really clean and the staff are friendly. The environment is also good given the fact that it's quiet with a lot of trees. The prices are fair although the water heater didn't work in my room. But it is a great place compared to others in Mbarara city especially to the lovers of green.
