  Clean rooms, wardrobe , nice staff, accessible and close to the city center but very quite environment, each room is fitted with a fan and tv set, the price is mouthwatering

  A clean and safe hotel in the city of Mbale. The staff are polite and competent. The restaurant offers hearty nutritious breakfast and a good menu for lunch and dinner.

  Wash and Wills Hotel in Mbale offers guests a luxurious and comfortable stay with its modern amenities and excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly escortedto our room by a friendly staff member. The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the room was, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served up a range of delicious dishes, both local and international. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed dining there every day of our stay. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped fitness center, a spa, and a swimming pool. We made use of the fitness center during our stay and were pleased with the variety of equipment available. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing, and the spa offered a range of treatments that were relaxing and rejuvenating.
