::This place (estate) has nice views and it is a way from the noise of the city for those who want to buy land away form the city. The cost is friendly since you can get a plot at about 6m as I am writing this review. However, at the moment the accessibility roads from the main are still not tarmac. And it is about 3-5km from the main road
