  I miss that experience when ABSA was still Barclays Bank until last year when it was collapsing and now adopted by ABSA Bank. A gentleman sitting at the Personal Bank attends to a call for sometime while I wait. Call was all personal conversation. My efforts of getting served was futile when he gives me a form to replace my misplaced ATM. After lining up for more than an Hour, the teller refers me him again to update by account before I get the card replaced. He tells me to come back the next day with no reasons. Efforts to be informed why was also not attended to either. Walked out of the bank dissatisfied. If I get more dissatisfaction like this- I may have to look for where am treated as a customer.
