::I opened a business account with Absa Hoima and have not been set up on mobile banking and neither has my business partner received her debit card. The customer care service is not great. When I contacted Absa on WhatsApp, they told me twice that the matter has been resolved. It’s a lie. It’s still pending after 2 months of opening up the account. I wouldn’t recommend Absa Hoima to anyone.
