This place is amazing! Highly recommend. The rooms are clean, spacious, and bathrooms are nice with hot water! The showers are one side open only so water doesn’t get everywhere which is also super nice. I stayed here a month and was very comfortable the entire stay. The room had a wardrobe which was nice to store bags and clothes. Desk with kettle and Coffee/tea+mugs, bottled water daily, and another table for big bag as well as a small table and two chairs for sitting area. Good mosquito net. The rooms don’t have a/c but they cool off decently well each night and the hotel provided a good fan. They also offered me a mini fridge since I had an extended stay. The staff were so professional and courteous and Paul the manager making sure the entire stay was comfortable. I chose this place because of the price $34/nt, good reviews but also because it’s walking distance to MUST hospital and no need to cross the busy road. Important if you’re staying there for this reason! I also must recommend this place for the beautiful gardens outside, numerous seating areas, as well as the good breakfast, coffee shop, and restaurant. I ended up eating here almost daily because the food was so good and service was impeccable. On another level really. I come from the US where our culture tips 15-20% even on bad service. This is a place where the servers actually deserve 20% tip or more. They go out of their way to make sure the customers have a good experience. Highly recommend. Also for laundry the hotel doesn’t offer it but —aloha dry cleaners in town is great and best priced.

You have great services but you can’t be charging your customers for packaging or packing a leftover meal. Don’t be a stingy hotel please I beg. I hope management you get to remove this nonsense of clients that paying for packing
