  I used to attend this clinic until this year when I decided to stop and go to other providers. There is complete chaos at the reception, especially in the queue to see the doctor. Other people could come out of nowhere and head straight to the doctor's entry and get inside to see the doctor, while those following the protocols are left waiting for hours as if they are not sick or paying for the service. This disorganisation is quite disgusting. People deserve to respect themselves and those around them. The reception should be the right point for imposing such a level of discipline and ethics which I only saw one person (the elderly lady) doing. In my visits, I have noticed that services are carried out recklessly and unprofessionally, which is a disgrace to the health service standard. There is a noticeable lack of training among some staff. From the main entry, you noticed that the process where patients are given a number upon their registration at the reception for entering the doctor's room is not the standard in this business. Inside the doctor's room, there is no privacy. The door is not designed to provide it, and even the examining bed does not have a blind. Female practitioners are either underrepresented or unavailable for the convenience of women. Again, in 2020 I was abandoned in a procedure room until I had to ring the business number because I could not leave the room and request staff. Another outrageous issue is hygiene, and the dilapidation of most facilities with no single person seems to care, just like what is happening at the front. I do not think that I would consider returning here.

  Attends to a variety of medical concerns including orthopedics, dental, scans & x-rays, physiotherapy etc. Staff commitment is commendable. The downside is that's it's quite congested looking at the little space occupied by the premise despite attracting a large number of clients!!!
