  There are 2 tellers, and one of those tellers has a terrible attitude, I don't know whether they didn't get the customer service lessons 🙄,

  Everything is okay though most times the tellers are few which leads to slow work hence congestion...And wastage of time...But only if they can sort that thing of tellers, then everything will be okay with this place... Otherwise It's not cool enough to be in it...

  It is less crowded, offers good forex rates and has welcoming staff. It has a reserved parking lot for visitors along Nakivubo road. The banking hall is clean and well aerated.
