::At the time I was at this Main Branch I visited the back side of the bank that houses the legal department however, there were no waiting seats at the reception so I had to stand for close to an hour as I waited for the person I had come to meet since she was still in a meeting so it took that long for me while I was standing. The person at the reception, in his explanation as to why there were no waiting seats at this place, told me that these had been removed at the time COVID was intense; as a measure to reduce crowding of the place. But the situation with COVID isn't that worrying at the moment so I think these can be brought back. For the other side of the Main Branch however, it is orderly inside the bank and indeed there are enough waiting seats incase one needs to wait for any service. The security at this department of the Bank is excellent and organized too.

::When trying to pick-up money via worldremit. the people at the main office gave such poor service. After showing them my valid passport. One teller claims that my permit is not valid, another checks and tells me the same,???. I literally just picked up money the day before from the same exact bank in Entebbe. I'm waiting for hours for them to verify my passport, even the supervisor cannot read my permit. it's ridiculous!! Using worldremit at the main office branch is a sad state of affairs. Either they don't know how to read, or use worldremit or just incompetent?? it's sad the level of training these employees have. I will never go back to bank of Africa main office to do anything. .. maybe use the toilet. I'm reporting to complaints

::The waiting area/receiption is spacious. I came to withdraw bulk cash. This being BOAs' head office, the speed of delivery can be better.
