  Right from the security guard (tight security lady) to the so called customer's relation person at the desk. The customer service is very poor. And how on earth can a bank located in industrial area only have one teller and more over a bulk teller. We have stood for more than 40 minutes now and no one seems bothered. Not even the manager. He is just rotating the whole place talking on phone like one idle person. What do you Indians take us for?

  Poor service. Online you check its 5.30 pm, but they close at 5pm. Poor response from the staff of the Bank

  Given its location, it does not have long queues. It has decent parking and very cooperative staff. Try to avoid it around payday or before major public holidays.
