  Slowest banking experience EVER!!! Average counter service takes 30 to 45 min. Every time. I've been banking here for years and years. Service has always been slow unless one is making a deposit. I've recently opened a savings account and attempted to use it. Wow, opening another account at a bank I already have an account at involved 5 visits on 5 different days due to network issues, forgetting to provide a pin for the ATM card and one piece of documentation then the next and then a different one. Also applied for the online banking feature 7 years ago... what happened to that? Not sure I want to spend a day (or 5) learning what happened there.
