  Downright awful. My hot water never worked, even after running it for 20 minutes which they said to try. The restaurant was out of half the food and drinks on the menu. The hotel is in tatters with cords and cables falling out of walls and ceilings. There was even feces on my bathroom wall when I checked in. This place is horrendous.

  Gulu's home away from home. Its the Northern paradise indeed. The band and well-lined programs provide a list to choose from.

  Very hospitable people, and very welcoming... Nice atmosphere... However, just one small thing... I think they could adjust the breakfast menu a little bit too accommodate... Non hot beverage people.. The juice glasses are so tiny 😂😂😂

  Before the expansion, Boma was not living to the expectation it gave its customers upon seeing as the service wasn't the best. But even when the accommodation side of things wasn't the best, their kitchen used to produce one of the best foods in town. It was great to see that years later, the kitchen was still living up to the standards it had always set. On days where there are no events going on in this place. It is always the go to place as it offers unbelievable atmosphere, romantic, quiet and warm.
