::Had a very pleasant stay on side of Nile river... They place had a excellent view and the hotel looked very heritage and gave a warmth feeling...... The fresh fish tasted very good and had very pleasant time with my family... It felt like home.

::The only good thing about this hotel is its location! The establishment is very very old. The rooms are in a bad shape and ours was constantly full of ants in the bathroom. The service is very bad and the stuff is among the most unfriendly that we saw in a long while. Few examples are like waking you up in the morning in day 2 out of 4 of our stay to tell us we need to pay, taking 1.5 hours to serve us a cup of tea, very aggressive waitresses at the breakfast.

::2.5 STAR RATING + Spacious rooms, with a decent sized bathroom + Rooms have balcony + Good breakfast and dinner service + Staff are very friendly + Pool(s), bar, restaurant, sauna, massage available + Rooms have great views - The rooms are supposed to have air conditioning, a fan, TV and minifridge. For room 299, the air conditioning was just pumping hot air out. Maintenance couldn't fix it. The minifridge was also broken. The room was poorly maintained, a shell of its former glory. - Some beds did not have mosquito netting - Asked staff about WiFi, some said it was "down", some said "we do not have WiFi" although 3 of their networks were showing full strength on my phone. The owner gave me the WiFi login, it cuts out at around 21:30 and restarts at around 7:00. - Facilities are poorly maintained, this would be such a great hotel if management actually bothered to ensure the amenities were functioning.

::This place has lost it's former glory. The rooms are in a sorry state. They however have a good breakfast and there are great activities nearby. (Water Biking is just outside the hotel by the lake).. The view of the lake and birds chirping makes up for the sorry state.

::This appears to be an old establishment in the best location you can think of in Jinja. Its located along the river Nile affording the visitors a great view. It's a large establishment that requires a lot of renovation to bring it to anywhere near what can be termed luxury. Service requires lots of improvement, the economy rooms are so tiny and not adequately ventilated. Security is good. It has great potential to attain it's aspiration
