::Have always loved their food . However , yesterday my order had “issues” and was replaced immediately I raised the concern . Thank you. A few months ago ,I reached out on phone to make an order for a birthday cake and the lady picked my calls twice and hanging up on me . I decided to use the WhatsApp line where I reported my concern before I could even talk about my order and she immediately called back apologizing. I felt that was so unprofessional and such persons such be oriented on how to handle clients.
