::Saleh, the owner of Casa, was hands down the best owner I have ever interacted with. He was present, professional, and was always there if/when we had an issue. Gerald, an employee was also very helpful and ready to assist whenever, along with everyone else there. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to make an account to praise them as I don't think a place could get much better. For sure the best place I have ever stayed and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that is traveling to this area.

This makes it easy to locate while in the central business district of Mbale. It's location also makes it easy to get to the bus station which is 10 minutes away. ] Rooms and Bathrooms [The hostel has different a number of rooms. The dormitory beds are well organized and a desk with a chair are situated in the rooms if you prefer to work and relax in your room. The bathrooms are fitted with instant water heaters, therefore a warm shower is guaranteed after a long day from wherever you went to work. The switches and bulbs are properly fixed, so no worries of being electrocuted. Fresh beddings are also gauranteed each day due to the routine cleaning of rooms. Bathing soap, body gel and toilet papers are readily available in the rooms. The rooms are also have with mosquito nets. The main dormitory has 6 bunk beds and accommodates 12 people in one go. ] Common Spaces [The hostel has an onsite coffee shop and restaurant where you can order your breakfast, lunch and dinner without the hassle of moving to town to look for a meal. During these times of waiting for your meals, you have a chance to interact with other guests from different nationalities, cultures, and walks of life. The wifi in the lounge is stronger than in the rooms.The hostel has has a mini book library from which you can pick a book and read during your free time.
