::Their basic rooms are clean and safe and there's hot water in the shower. Area is safe and quiet still close to downtown. However the kitchen noise on one side of the building is bit heavy early in the morning but it's also rewarded with a decent breakfast. The best part of this hotel is the very friendly and attentive staff. They do make you feel welcome and do everything in their skills to make your stay a pleasant one.

::Yes, I can here for a conference meeting and I found the parking suitable with spots for 7 cars. The conference room, majestic , was large enough for 42 people
