  I used to come to this bank until 2020, when I decided to stop and go to other providers. After queueing for about an hour, I still faced a very poor customer even when I was feeling unwell. Henry Kamanayire behaved as if this bank was his personal business than a place of work. I reported the quality of these behaviours to the branch manager Mr. Pual who was eager to help, but too late, I was disappointed, so I left and never looked back.

  Diamond Trust Bank is one of the Banks in Uganda with the Visa card and they are the only bank in Uganda which operate upto 8:00pm.
