  Good service as usual, the Banking Hall is never crowded. The branch ATM does not accept Cardless transactions ie. make sure you have your ATM card on you if you are not a fan of Over The Counter transaction!

  The bank is always not congested, most time if you need quick services, then don't go far just come here and you will be served quickly, they also have parking space, so u can park inside or outside the premises, they have kind staff who are helpful, so all in all they are great 👍 👌

  Worst Bank. Lazy people. One counter will be active when 20+ people are in the queue. Be prepared to spend atleast 1 - 1.5 hours for any kind of service. Worst service offered.

  I went to the DTB on Kira road and was met with the worst teller. I had gone in simply to get change on some big notes and he lied to my face saying he had absolutely no change before promptly giving a stack of small notes to the next person. The customer service lady was nice, but overall I rate my experience at 1. If you aren't a customer and only wish to exchange currency or pay a bill, I would NOT recommend going to DTB. Worst customer service

  Bank is good, however the staff at Isbat Branch are not cooperative. Its been more than 2 weeks i have submitted documents to open my Bank Account, however everyother day the bank comes with new excuses... With every issue i have tried to resolved, the bank has something to keep delaying the account opening process. Now the Branch Manager has stopped taking my calls. He can not even answer my calls. Thats a big disappointment.
