  Very poor service delivery especially starting from the saracen woman guard , she is very poor at customer care and picky

  I’m very disappointed with the service. Their lack of follow up is very unprofessional. This is honestly the worst bank experience I’ve ever faced in my life

  Horrible service. Spent there 3 hours, just to get a bank statement. People don’t follow the line and workers don’t control the mess. Lady was demanding money for getting one document which should be for free. Lazy and without any culture people.

  Lots of confusion and lack of order. Difficult to figure out where to go. No directions. Will benefit more by creating more order. Also bank is potentially not secure. All sorts of unidentified persons are shuffling through bank doors.
