  Very disorganised qué and most disappointing wait. I went there to change my phone number and renew my card. But no following a que. No tokens, no one to stop others from overtaking. Calm people had to wait forever until they loose patience of waiting. Came at 11:00 and left 16:40. Nearly 6 hours for such a thing. Need some improvement please. Very disorganized.

  It's very fine Only that the line is not easily managed It takes longer for civil servants to get money on teller

  The poorest banking service in Uganda. Time wastage is too much. Spending about 4 hours just to renew an ATM card. One attendant on the desk and very very slow.

  Would have been a good bank with great services but the waiting time in the queue is too much. You can't be with only two tellers out of 6 services the numbers of the customers that the bank receives. Others are good, service delivery, reception except some few teller personal etc. Recommend it but if you are in quick, try other branches such as Ndeeba and Container Village.

  I was cheated in Equity bank Fort Portal I withdraw 1500,000/- Irene gave me 1000 notes for 500 000/ that the whole Bank had 1000 notes only but when I counted the money was less by 50,000/ Equity bank please check on Fort Portal branch because several complains are coming from thank you 🙏 This is KEMROB estates Uganda limited krobbinah@yahoo. com Ur reply is highly appreciated 🙏
