::This bank is actually very nice 👍🏿 but am here to complain about one person whose name I quoted EMMA Emma is so rude to people he wasn’t only rude to me but to other people too This man talks to customers with no customer care he works under the opening account department he is the worst Other staff members are so friendly ,the security officer are so welcoming but Emma even had the audacity to tell me how he was going to tell a certain man to close my accounts because I refused to register for Mobile banking’ Emma needs to work on his behaviors Too rude with no customer care and he talks arrogantly he thinks he is the smartest Thank you anyways
