  Worst customer service ever. Those ladies brag. Poorly handle clients..... Always remember the people that come in your branch ndeeba are ur bosses. Don't forget that you ladies more so the one with glasses(accounts opening department)

  If it wasn't for some nice guy called Hannington (who is so helpful and speaks gently), i would rate you 1 star. The congestion and waiting time is too long. It took me two hours to open an account.
