  We shop here near weekly for all of our NGOc medical clinic, church, and Primary School’s needs. They have a massive selection of products, the most helpful customer service in all Mbarara, and great prices. When they are out of something, or don’t carry it, they help to find it for you at another store and bring it to Fresco so you don’t have to shop around. They also have many imported American Food products that you would have difficulty finding even in Kampala. They are a one stop shop!
