Chris Bamuteeze
::Very organised and staff are friendly

::It's like your neighborhood shopping place. Not a whole lot of variety. For example you won't find electrical appliances or tools but you'll get the basics. The staff are pleasant helpful people.

::They are a fully stocked supermarket but don't be fooled by the name, there's no God in there.... They're nice until an issue comes up. I walk in one tired evening, I do the shopping, I hand the lady at the till my debit card, she inserts it in a Equity Bank machine and she tells me to punch in my password. My account is accordingly debited, a notification comes through but she can't print the slip. There's a little haggling and she calls her supervisor, a one Amon. He walks in gallantly, a godly aura, his arrogance nearly tangible and he bellows an unconcerned loudy... "your money will be back..." I tell this Amon that I am a banker and I know what happens, an auto reversal normally happens almost instantly, which wasn't the case, this money probably is sitting on an Equity Bank suspense account, they will need to do a reconciliation before they can decide either to return the money or indeed to give it to them. Seeing that I understand what the process is, the Amon, larger than life assures me (hahaha, which business assures customers these days? What happened to customer service, retention?) Anyway, Amon "lays down the law", no groceries will be leaving this "God's sanctuary" without being double paid for, no effort to take my contact, no effort or even a promise of ever contacting the bank to reconcile, zero proactivity and plenty of bad customer treatment coupled with an extra touch of arrogance. What's clear though I lost money in the so-called God Touch (Please drop the name, so UnGodly), never been contacted by the bank (I would understand though why the bank wouldn't, never been contacted by the Supermarket three weeks down the road.....!!! The gals at the til look to be overworked, overwhelmed, they're frankly tired, worn out, they too just not concerned. Next time you walk in there expecting a Godly touch...... don't say I didn't warn you.. This is Amon's 'thiefdom' Be Warned..

::They are well organised, great customer care, they sell quality and standard items at a fair price and they also have enough parking yard.
