::If the steep, curling, slope to Kapchorwa didn't take your breath away, Home of Friends will for sure. The venue is beautifully located on a mountain ridge and guarantees a true moment of ease after a long hike through the stunning countryside (we highly recommend the rough but rewarding Benet trail in that matter). Huge thumbs up to Elisa for the warm welcome and endless smiles :) Home of Friends was definitely one of our highlights in Uganda. Stipe and Basile

::Homes of Friends has a serene environment with the mountain Elgon ranges gracing it's background few kilometres out of Kapchorwa town. It's an ideal location that I could recommend anyone to visit

::I had my best experience at Home of Friends, starting with campfire storytelling, drama with the Sebei Cultural group, the run, Mosopisiek village tour, farm experience, visit to mukuuso cave and Mangos water fall, Kapchorwa nature walk with magnificent Kaptokwoi water fall. Stay at Home of Friends for your tour in Kapchorwa and Kween, it's the best place to be..great food, good and interactive staff and clean rooms.

::It’s in a nice setting, in a town that has very little in terms of decent accommodation and eating places. But I feel like they can do better with their service and menu range. Also, the owner comes off rude and condescending to some clients, myself included.
