  This place had the worst service I've experienced. The receptionists refuse to give you nice rooms until you talk directly to a manager. They're more rude to women than they are to men, or people of a "different race". We had to shift from the hotel after only one night, yet we had planned to stay 2 weeks.

  It's a fair hotel for the price and given what else is available in Iganga. Hot water was not working in the room I slept in. Electricity goes on and off. They have a standby generator. Their breakfast was good. They have a variety. Their main meals can do better (on the day I ordered for dinner, the chef poured too much royco+water) in the food to try and make soup but too much of anything is not good 😆😆)

  Comfortable and convenient. The restaurant serves very good food, especially the Indian dishes. My absolute favorite was the tikka masala, which they can do in goat as well as chicken. The beds are a little bit firm, but overall fairly comfortable. All of the beds have mosquito nets, but we did not see many mosquitoes throughout the entire hotel. The stuff are kind and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. Overall, it was an excellent experience and a great hotel.

  Excellent customer care, however the TV's have been removed from the rooms ( Reason unknown) Quiet environment and privacy Good breakfast🍳☕🍞 Overall it's good for the price...
