  Good customer service, nice meals, service care. You had enough committed workers, gender balance on employees, Great. We enjoyed deep-fried fish, pork, chicken, ..etc

  It was a good experience on the day I was there for workshop. The room was tidy. There food was good.

  I stayed here with my husband for 3 weeks ahead of our wedding in June 2022. The place is nice with a good view of the Nile. Very good customer service 😊 we were even given discounts because of the long stay. Can't wait to visit again with our son when we return to Uganda. Almost forgot the food 🤣🤣 my Cameroonian man loved it, I loved it too. Thank you Cathy from the kitchen department, Suzan at the reception and the guy in charge of bookings. Actually all the staff are amazing and respectful😍 security is good, the early morning breakfast, house keeping ladies 😊 the list is endless

  Nice hotel with a variety of amenities. I loved my swimming experience. If you plan on going swimming and you didn’t carry a swimming costume, they provide swimming costumes at a very affordable price. The swimming fee is affordable too. The food and drinks are great.
