  The place is run by a young man in a neighborhood where you will see native grass-roofed houses similar to what the South African call Rondales. It is cleaned by dedicated workers who work on their knees to make the insides very accomodative. There is a bar with tasty local brew. There is free breakfast of black tea and boiled eggs, but i have skipped the bread and associated spreads.--all for less than $10 a night. There is an Acoli Festival in December. If one is coming, Hotel Vatican is a place to consider among others.

  Average guest house. Its okay for the price
